  • Is Panda Car Service commercially insured?

    Yes, we're commercial insured with $1,000,000 of liability coverage. It's one of our largest expense, however it's a part of our foundation for operating and our greatest hidden feature.

  • When will I be charged for my reservation?

    We will not charge your card until the day of service.  If you book a roundtrip with us, we will bill the entire amount of your reservation on the day of the first trip. If you need a refund, our cancellation policy will apply to your return trip.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer 100% refund for all cancellation prior to 24 hours, 50% refund for all cancellation prior to 12 hours, and no refunds for cancellation less than 12 hours. 

  • Why don't you accept credit card information via phone?

    We do not accept card information via phone. This is our credit card fraud prevention policy. Rest assured that your card on file is secure. 

  • Does Panda Car Service offer grocery stops?

    Yes, we offer grocery stop while on trip. We charge $20 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per minute thereafter until departure maximum 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, your appointment converts to an hourly charter rate with a minimum billing of 3 hours.

  • What happens if my flight is canceled?

    In cases of flight cancellation the day of your trip, we offer you the opportunity to reschedule your transfer or a full refund upon confirming the cancellation with the airlines.

  • What happens if my flight gets delayed?

    In cases of flight delays, we will keep you on the schedule and track your flight accordingly. Flight delays greater than 2 hours will incur a one-time fee of $40.  We reserve the right to charge the fee if the delay impacts our schedule. Rest assure, we will track your flight using the flight information from your reseravation. We will contact you upon landing. 

  • How much wait time is allowed for domestic arrivals?

    We provide 40 minutes of wait time for domestic flights based on the official posted gate arrival time. We charge $1 per minute until departure.

  • How much wait time is allowed for international arrivals?

    We provide 60 minutes of wait time for international flights based on the official posted gate arrival time. We charge $1 per minute until departure.

  • Does your company provide car seats?

    We will provide car seats and booster seats based on your request. Any damage to our car seats or booster seats will be charged up to $200. 

  • What happens if there are incidental damage to the vehicle?

    We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee up to $500 per instance for accident or incidental damage to the vehicle during your trip.

  • Does Panda Car Service allow alcohol consumption during the trip?

    Consumption of alcohol during the trip is not permitted. There are to be no open containers with alcohol in the vehicle while on trip. 

  • Does Panda Car Service allow smoking in the vehicles?

    No smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles or any trips booked with Panda Car Service. If smoking in the vehicle has been determined, a cleaning fee up to $500 will be charged to the card on file.

  • How does your Hourly Charter service work?

    Hourly charters will be billed 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% the day of service. If there remains any additional hours for billing, the billing will be done at the end of the charter.
